Johnathan \342\200\234 Davin \342\200\235 Caulder grew up in Lexington, SC. I began my real estate career in 2021 at 803 Realty. Prior to joining the 803 Realty team, I graduated from White Knoll High School where I spent most of my time fulfilling my dream of becoming a football player and wrestler. I have experienced competitiveness as an athlete. Not only has being an athlete taught me discipline and a steadfast work ethic, but also to understand the importance of building relationships. My main priorities are to build relationships with my clients, ensure their happiness and to keep an open and clear communication with them. I am committed to working hard for all of my clients, in efforts to strive to help my clients achieve their goals and make sure every clients house buying/selling experience is fun, easy, and stress-free.
