After earning my degree in mechanical and aerospace engineering, I spent a decade honing my skills in industry solving problems and being creative and logical in my approach before transitioning into a full-time real estate career. My background makes me different from other agents. For me, it's about leveraging creativity to engage specialists and experts during inspections, getting second opinions and gathering comprehensive data to empower clients in making informed decisions. I prioritize quantifiable metrics and numerical analysis over gut feels so clients can be confident in the choices they make. An agent should represent and protect their clients AND be a proactive advocate to work with other agents during transactions so opportunities are maximized to the best of their ability.
