Riley started his Real Estate career in August 2012. He became a partner of Century 21 Home Planning in November 2015, followed by becoming the sole owner in June 2021. During this time he has been a Top Producer of the Roswell Association of Realtors (RAOR) for eight consecutive years from 2013-2020. He has also been awarded the Century 21 Multi-Million Dollar Club award five years in a row from 2016-2020. In 2017 Riley was recognized by his peers, receiving the RAOR\342\200\231s Realtor of the Year Award.
Riley leads a successful real estate team that continues to set the bar for Roswell real estate. Under his leadership several members of the team have achieved Top Producer awards from both Century 21 and the Roswell Association of Realtors.
