- Currently is the active Owner/President of the firm, the Broker-In-Charge, lead trainer, and active Realtor at Century 21 Action, Inc.
- Scott has actively brokered and managed 1000's of real estate properties/transactions for sellers and buyers in the Greater Topsail Island/Hampstead/Sneads Ferry areas for all property types including single family home, townhomes and duplexes, condos and apartments, lots, tracts of land, and commercial properties.
- Scott has Brokered transactions from $8,000 up to over 3.5 million dollars. He has contracted up to as many as 9 properties in a single day.
- Served on the Forms and Contracts committees for both the North Carolina Association of Realtors and the NC Real Estate Commission. Works with attorneys to generated real estate forms, addenda, and contracts; many of which have been incorporated into official state issued real estate contracts and documents.
- Led his company to dozens of Quality Service and Pinnacle Service awards, sales production awards including Centurion Producing Office and Gold Medallion Office.
- Earned dozens of individual and company level service and producer awards including Quality Service awards, the coveted Centurion Award, and all levels of Master Sales Producer awards.
- Acquired and merged 4 competing Real Estate Sales Companies/Divisions into his firm.
- Has been recognized for outstanding marketing and advertising results numerous times. Including earning an Addy Award as Creative Director/Co-Producer on a Television Commercial.
- Served on the Surf City Hurricane Damage Assessment Team through a number of storm events.
