Veronica Sarantes is an accomplished professional with over two decades of experience in the education and transition sectors. Currently serving as the Department of Defense (DoD) Operations Manager at RecruitMilitary, she has dedicated her career to making a profound impact on the military community by forging vital connections with valuable military resources and military centric employers.
As a former military spouse of 22 years, Veronica possesses firsthand knowledge of the unique challenges that members of the military community encounter. Her genuine passion lies in assisting and mentoring military spouses and transitioning service members to achieve their professional aspirations. She tirelessly strives to provide them with the guidance and support needed to overcome barriers and attain meaningful and fulfilling careers. Veronica is an unwavering advocate for the military community, and continuously serves her mission to assist, mentor and facilitate resources that help the military community successful transition into meaningful employment.
Veronica was also licensed as a Realtor in Florida and she now wants to extend her commitment to helping the military community by offering resources and cost-effective financing options to purchase a HOME in South Florida. As she understands first-hand how owning a house or finding the perfect rental property, can make a new place (duty station) feel like home while also setting up the service member of veteran for financial success through real estate investment, while benefiting from the VA loan programs.
Veronica holds the certification of Project Management Professional (PMP) and she earned her Master of Science in Administration, specializing in Public Administration, from Central Michigan University. Her academic journey also includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Management Information Systems, from Fayetteville State University and is also a licensed Real Estate Professional in Florida.
