Throughout this journey, he has had the privilege of working with several luxury brokerages, honing their expertise in high-end property markets, while still selling and listing everything from mobile homes to penthouse suites.

A significant chapter in Winston's career was leading a large and successful team at Compass. There, he demonstrated outstanding leadership and strategic vision, driving growth and delivering exceptional results.
