Seashell was built in 2018 and is a short walk from Marquis beach. There is room for expansion on the lower level with the possibility of an apartment and the area has been prepared for same. The garden is completely fenced and is rich with fruit trees and tropical fruits including two different types of Mango, French Cashew, Banana, Breadfruit, Bay Leaf, Coconut and Red Plum. The Marquis pre-school is close-by and public transportation is easily accessible on the main road. There is a peek of the Atlantic ocean in the distance with the relaxing sound of the waves rolling ashore. Approximately 15-20 minutes from the bustling town of Grenville.
