Margaret A. Wagner is a licensed Associate Broker for over twenty years. I have been with the Century 21 franchise for 17 of those years. I chose to work at Century 21 Amiable Realty Group II because of the training and marketing that they provide. Century 21 Amiable II provides me with the most up to date information to help me stay on top of the Real Estate market, as well as the most current Real Estate Laws. Real Estate laws are changing rapidly especially in our area. Waterfront properties are going through some rapid changes regarding flood insurance, and zoning. With all the knowledge I have regarding these new laws I am able to help guide my clients through some of the questions they have when buying or selling their home. I cover the island of Broad Channel, Howard Beach, Hamilton Beach, and the Rockaways. I pride myself in getting many referrals from past and current clients. I know I am doing a good job when a new customer tells me that a past client of mine referred them to me. I have numerous awards for real estate and community service.
