I'm Charlie Chapko III, a lifelong resident and high school graduate of Saint Johns. After realizing that the traditional college route wasn't for me, I earned my Class A Commercial Driver's License and have spent the last four years driving semi-trucks and tanker trailers in the Greater Lansing area. I also have always been interested in real estate and investment properties, especially after traveling throughout the Greater Lansing area. Over the past 2 years, I've been fortunate enough to purchase multiple rental properties. With that experience under my belt, I'm looking to excel in my real estate career by not only helping to provide quality housing, but also providing my clients with the opportunities they deserve, whether it is looking for their first home, finding their dream home, or securing their first (or fifth!) investment property to add to their portfolio.
