Charley Lehman was excited to be joining the team at Century 21 Davis Realty. Charley seized the opportunity to join a fantastic group of some of the top agents in the area, including his parents, brokers Gene and Joan Lehman. Charley Lehman was born in the wooded outskirts of Nevada City where he was able to enjoy a close bond with the outdoors as a young child. He moved with his family into Grass Valley when he was in grade school. There he experienced the benefits of a small town neighborhood atmosphere while attending the quality schools. After graduating Nevada Union High School Charley moved away to attend California State University, Chico. Following college, Charley began a career in construction and started a family. It wasn't long before the desire for a better place to raise a family brought him back to his native Nevada County. Charley knows what this unique area has to offer its residents. He enjoys playing softball and frisbee-golf. He spends time with his wife and two sons hiking the many river trails and swimming at the wonderful swimming holes. Camping and fishing along the picturesque lakes of the area are some other favorite summertime activities for the family. Charley has many years of experience in construction. Having knowledge in building homes can benefit his real estate clients . Charley also spent several years in the tree care and timber industries. He can look at an overgrown, undeveloped piece of land and visualize the potential it might have with improvements like roads, brush clearing, and building site pads. Charley spent many years working sunrise to sunset six days a week because the job had to get done. He applies that same work ethic to his real estate career. He is willing to put in the time and hard work in order to provide superior service to his clients.
