
Colleen Maillette
Licensed since 1983, Colleen Maillette has been assisting buyers and sellers achieve their dream homes for 39 years. Colleen is the 2023 President Elect of the Realtor Association of Bay County and serves on the Governmental Affairs Committee. She has held all offices in the local chapter and state Women's Council of Realtors Michigan Association, as well as served on the Strategic Forum at the National Association of Women's Council of Realtors. She holds the following designations: Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Performance Management Network Designation (PMN), HUD Diversity Certification, Employment Training Specialist, and has a Certificate of Achievement from Dale Carnegie.
Colleen is very active in her community and previously served as a Trustee for Bangor Township. She is a County Commissioner of the 4th District in Bay County, and also serves on the Board of Directors (as Vice Chair) for Bay Arenac Behavioral Health.
As a lifelong resident of Bay County, Colleen has a clear understanding of the real estate market in our area. She is married to Michael Maillette and has three sons, as well as six grandchildren.
