Ol\303\241! O meu nome \303\251 Dumitru Iuzic.
Nasci na Rep\303\272blica da Mold\303\241via em 1991 e vivo em Portugal desde 2007.
Durante estes 18 anos em Portugal estudei, trabalhei como profissional de IT durante a semana e como empregado de mesa nos fins de semana. Frequentei a ENIDH de 2013 a 2016 onde obtive a minha Licenciatura em Pilotagem e depois trabalhei em navios de cruzeiro, inicialmente como praticante e depois como oficial de navega\303\247\303\243o.
Em fevereiro de 2019 abracei este novo projeto que \303\251 o Mercado Imobili\303\241rio e adorei desde o in\303\255cio. Eu n\303\243o diria que \303\251 f\303\241cil, em Portugal n\303\243o \303\251 de todo, mas de alguma forma come\303\247am a reparar em ti e as pessoas come\303\247am a confiar em ti, a trabalhar contigo, a investir contigo e isso \303\251 muito gratificante.
Falo Portugu\303\252s, Romeno (Moldavo), Ingl\303\252s e Russo, l\303\255nguas que s\303\243o muito \303\272teis no dia a dia e tenho a certeza que v\303\243o trazer ainda mais contactos e parcerias internacionais.
A minha principal preocupa\303\247\303\243o \303\251 e sempre ser\303\241 a motiva\303\247\303\243o do cliente, porque trabalho com e para o cliente e n\303\243o pelo seu patrim\303\263nio. Quero ganhar mais um amigo, uma poss\303\255vel refer\303\252ncia futura, n\303\243o apenas uma comiss\303\243o pontual.
