
Harry Brown
Harry Brown grew up in the town of Maysville in Jones County. Harry has lived in Onslow County all his adult life. Harry has worked in the automobile business for 45 years and is the owner of National Automotive since 1987. He has a MBA from Campbell University. Harry is the Past President of the Jacksonville/Onslow Chamber of Commerce, the Past President of the Jacksonville Breakfast Rotary Club, and the Past Chairman of the NC Automobile Dealer Association.
Harry served in the NC Senate for 16 years representing Jones and Onslow Counties and served as the majority leader in the NC Senate for 10 years.
Harry is married to Lisa Brown who is the Clerk of Court for Onslow County and has a son Ryan and two daughters Kimber and Morgan. Harry is also very proud of his five grandkids.
