Hello! My name is James Laird, an Augusta native and real estate professional. I am Alumni to both Evans High School and Augusta University. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and a real estate license in both Georgia and South Carolina. While I specialize in the residential real estate market I have also had training opportunities in both commercial and property management as part of my early development as a real estate intern during my college tenure. I have had the pleasure of helping a plethora of individuals and families throughout the CSRA achieve their real estate goals during my time being licensed. No other career has left me nearly as satisfied as watching the people I have come to know and love achieve such a key component≠to the American Dream! Outside of my work life I am all about my family and close friends. Fiance to my smokin' hot soulmate. Dog dad to the coolest Golden Doodle you'll ever meet. Outdoorsman, skilled Barbecuer, and golfer. The summer of 2024 marks my transition≠from my roots with Meybohm to a company with a great vision for growth and success, not only amongst the company but, amongst the clients we serve.
