I also took a series of classes to become an appraiser; not because I wanted to be an appraiser, but because I believe that my clients need to know that I understand how appraisers determine home values. I also worked in the residential mortgage financing industry for many years, successfully managing this important part of the home buying and selling process. So, not only can I help my clients buy and/or sell homes; not only can I objectively analyze the value of properties; but I can also make sure that my clients can navigate through the increasingly strict process of obtaining residential mortgage financing.
