Joel grew up in Fargo, ND and graduated from Fargo South High School. He went on to earn his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from North Dakota State University. Before joining the Gangnes Home Team at CENTURY 21, Joel renovated and remodeled homes for nearly ten years in the Fargo-Moorhead area. His longtime interest in investment properties helped make the decision to become a REALTOR.
Having grown up in Fargo, Joel is familiar with the community and has watched it increase in population and business which has given him much insight into what makes Fargo-Moorhead an eclectic area that draws in people from many walks of life.
He lives in Fargo with his wife Rachel and his three energetic sons. In his spare time Joel enjoys playing outdoor sports with his boys including running. He has participated in the Fargo events since 2010 including the half marathon in recent years.
