In a recent project along the Scottsdale area, I transformed a property for my sister, showcasing my proficiency in redesigning spaces. Notably, I reimagined a bathroom by expanding its size to incorporate a luxurious shower stall and a freestanding tub. The shower stall, complete with a bench and concealed shelves, exemplifies my commitment to innovative design.

My skills extend beyond aesthetics; I possess a comprehensive understanding of the technical aspects of property development. I am adept at drawing and interpreting blueprints, reflecting my commitment to precision and detail. Additionally, I have successfully managed a complex comprising 13 apartments and two storefronts, along with overseeing two duplex apartment buildings.
