Mike Northcutt started his first business at 22 years old as a licensed Home Inspector, after having graduating from Inspection Training Association (ITA). This is where he received the foundation for the work he has done in and around homes. Later, Mike was the lead tech for several companies giving him the skills to learn the true nature of repairs and maintenance of a home. For about 10 years Mike continued his education while carrying a secondary job as a Pastor. That was how he and his family arrived in Rapid City, South Dakota. After serving the church he had an opportunity to start a gold dredging company in Alaska for a summer! What an adventure! But as they say, it didn\342\200\231t PAN OUT. Returning from that adventure Mike knew that he wanted to try something different in his life. Through his side business he had completed several flips for investors and thought a good way to help serve those around him was to become a licensed Realtor. Mike brings with him not only the skills to successfully help you buy or sell your home, but as a license contractor he know the ins and outs of a house. Mike has often lent these skills in order to help seal the deal for his clients and he can do the same for you!
