Pamela is Samoan/Polish. Her Father Neff Maiava was a Pro Wrestler and her Mom a successful Real Estate business woman. Pamela grew up surrounded by Real Estate transactions. She is a successful Real Estate investor and business woman for the past 35 years. She is passionate about helping people and became a Realtor so she can assist with first time home buyer purchases, as well as investors. Pamela's mission is in building relationships: To get your home sold and get you where you want to go on time. Pamela is a skilled negotiator. She will put you in the strongest position possible, make your transaction as smooth as possible and reduce surprises. She services the Island of Oahu and specializes Honolulu area. Pamela has a Bachelors of Music Degree in Vocal Performance. She has studied the languages of French, German, Italian and Hawaiian. She is a singer with Hawaii Opera Theater . Pamela has been the sole caregiver to her Alzheimer Mom and Dad for the last 30 years. When not singing in the Opera or helping people in real estate, she volunteers her time, training dogs with behavioral issues. Pamela is a dedicated animal lover.
