For more than 20 years, Usman Amir has been aconsummate leader with great knowledge of all aspects of commercial real estate, industrial properties, business brokerage and residential real estate, including commercial tenant representation as well as buyer and seller representation. Mr. Amir has represented buyers, sellers, investors, business owners and residential developers throughout his real-estate tenure. Usman Amir began his real estate career as an agent selling residential real and commercial estate in 2003. Mr. Amir has successfully built, owned and managed multiple condominium office projects, mobile home parks, gas stations, sub shops, shopping centers, and hospitality and restaurants. He also handles the leasing of strip shopping centers and warehouse condominiums. Usman Amir holds a Bachelor\342\200\231s Degree in Hotels and Restaurant Business management from the University of Maryland. Mr. Amir also speaks Spanish, Farsi, Dari, Pashtu, and Urdu.
