After moving to Miami and graduating from Florida International University (FIU), Winston began a dynamic career in commercial real estate. Demonstrating exceptional skill and dedication, Winston soon transitioned into residential real estate, where he has flourished ever since. Throughout this journey, he has had the privilege of working with several luxury brokerages, honing their expertise in high-end property markets, while still selling and listing everything from mobile homes to penthouse suites.

A significant chapter in Winston's career was leading a large and successful team at Compass. There, he demonstrated outstanding leadership and strategic vision, driving growth and delivering exceptional results.
