You will have the use of the trails that run through the rear of the property and the lakeside lot. Around the house are picnic tables, a campfire ring, and enough room for volleyball, badminton or horseshoes. Lawn care, water, trash and utilities included in rent. Short Term Rental only - Rental available August 24, 2025 up to June 21, 2026. However, you may choose to continue with a 20-month rental, but you will need to find other accommodations, for two months during the summer months, (June 22 - August 23). This home is fully furnished. All furnishings will stay.
