An exceptional and modernly designed house. It is located in a beautiful and quiet location, surrounded by meadows and forests, but at the same time it is close to the city and all other necessary infrastructure. Rooms on the ground floor

On the ground floor, you enter from the hall into the large and spacious living room, which continues into the dining room. Both rooms offer access to a large terrace with greenery, where you have an exceptional view of green meadows and forests. In the area of living room next to the kitchen and dining room, there is a bread oven, which provides additional warmth at home on cold, winter days, and you can also prepare bread and other dishes in it.

The large, spacious, modernly designed and extremely functional kitchen will offer you opportunities for culinary creation, and while cooking you will be able to enjoy a wonderful view of the terrace and greenery, as well as meadows and forests. On the ground floor there is a spacious bathroom and laundry room, as well as a large guest room or bedroom, and the space can also be used as a cabinet or office.

Rooms on the floor

The stairs lead to the first floor, where there are three children's rooms, a bedroom, a large built-in wardrobe and a spacious bathroom with a bathtub, shower, toilet, bidet and two sinks. From the bedroom and children's room there is an exit to a large terrace with a beautiful view of green fields and forests, and you can also enjoy a beautiful sunrise.

In each room/bedroom there are alternating switches for the lights (at the entrance and at the bed), and in each room there is also a wired connection to the Internet and television. The door to the built-in wardrobe is equipped with a mirror.

The heating is regulated by a heat pump, which also cools the rooms in the summer. The house is built with extreme insulation and offers a warm home in winter and pleasantly cool rooms in summer with low heating costs. Each room in the house can be individually regulated in terms of heat or cooling settings.

All blinds are electrically controlled, either individually for each one, or together for each floor. In the laundry room, there is a connection for a washing machine and a dryer, as well as a sink.

Exterior

Upon exiting the living room or the dining room, you step onto a large covered terrace, measuring 9 x 3 m, which is completely covered behind a high-quality canopy that provides pleasant shade in the summer and protection during rainfall, so you can still sit above the terrace. A large canopy is also made at the entrance to the house.

The basement is accessed from the outside of the house, it has an open covered vestibule, from where you step into the spacious basement, where is also located the heat pump.

The house is connected to public sewage, public water supply and optics (all possible operators for TV and Internet).

There are electrical sockets on the outside of the house, the water connection is outside in front of the terrace and at the end of the plot. Water and electrical connections are also arranged in the parking lot. All connections for the summer kitchen are also arranged next to the terrace.
