Kraj, the island of Pašman, for sale properly, dimensions approx. 35 m x 29 m, building land, currently native olive grove, surface area 1029 m2 in an excellent location, only 50 m to the most prestigious sandy island beach "Tratica". The beach is equipped with showers, playgrounds for children and adults, and bars for socializing and fast food. There is a sports and fishing harbor right next to the beach.
