• Could stay workers' quarters or could be changed into more self-catering units.
• Maybe build new quarters further away from guests for more privacy.
Pidgeons building:
• Up in the corner is the Pigeons building. Could stay like this, or could be changed into more self-catering units for 1 or 2 families who travel together.
Pool:
• Beautiful sparkling pool, not a splash pool a proper pool. Pool room.
Braai area under trees:
• Under the trees close to the main house spacious patio is the braai area. Could cater for many visitors.
Swan Lake:
• Beautifull swans come included with the property, great focus point.
About the property:
• 2.97 Hectares with a very strong borehole that feeds 2 x 5000L ZOZO tanks. All premises are supplied via these tanks with an electric pressure pump. Servitude road.
• 500 Macadamia trees which are 4 years old (Beaumonts)
• Very good security, FULL CIRCLE @R600p.m.
• Quality furnishings are used throughout the property. All buildings have wooden windows & solid wooden framed doors. Both cottages are sold fully furnished. Not the main house. (curtains & vertical blinds included).
