This farm is one of most scenic in the area and borders the Selati Game reserve a “Big 5” game reserve. It has large Granite Koppies that jot out across the farm with a backdrop of the Selati mountain range. The farm is well stocked with game and there are three activities: Game breeding, hunting and lodges. Being stand alone you have autonomy to do what you want to. There is a Helicopter landing strip and 926 meter tarred landing strip, very rare to find a tarred strip.

There are three camps on the farm, the owner’s camp with accommodation for guests and two Guest camps, one on a dam and one on a Koppie with views.

There are many species of game on the property. Including but not limited to Sable, Bufffalo, Eland Leopard, Giraffe, Zebra, Waterbuck, Klipspringer, Nyala, Impala, Ostrich, Warthog and Reedbuck. There is a total of 17 clean Buffalo, which have Kruger Park genes. The sable (approx. 20) are predominantly West Zambian stock and are included in the sale. The value of game alone is over R6 million.

Assets include: game Viewer, Farm manager Bakkie, and Tractors, trailers, scrapers, lodge furniture etc.

The farm is stunningly beautiful and in excellent working order. Power to lodges has been laid underground, boreholes have been piped so as to enable various configurations across the property.

The farm is a profitable going entity. Staff competence is in place, and a hand over period will be sufficient to enable success. Serious buyers need only apply and must have sufficient finance to consider this purchase.
