I am a transplant to beautiful Lake Placid Florida, I have more than 25 years\342\200\231 experience, compassion and passion for land use. I specialize in facilitating every detail of real estate transactions. Before becoming a Realtor, I had a background in law, specializing in real estate transactions, and working as a land use board administrator. I have also been a sales manager for builders marketing new communities. I handled every facet of the sales process from explaining blueprints to customization to closing title. I am a Florida real estate broker associate and a graduate of the Realtor\342\200\231s Institute. I am a member of the Heartland Association of Realtors. As the mother of 5 grown children and soon-to-be 14 grandchildren, I understand the importance of family and community involvement.
