Originally from Central NJ, I settled in Delaware after serving 8 years in the U.S. Navy. The small-town feel of Kent County has appealed to me ever since. My children (and now grandchildren!) attended the local schools and we've been a part of this community in many aspects. From Girl Scouts, Little Lass, Church Youth Groups, to 4th of July Parades and so many other activities, we've been enmeshed in our small towns.
