Carolyn D'Sylva
When Carolyn D\342\200\231Sylva first moved to the Valley of the Sun, she rented first to better understand the area. A couple years later, after putting an offer on a new home, she continued to look at various properties, and was encouraged by her closest friend to get her real estate license. She enjoyed several years of helping friends and new acquaintances buy and sell their homes.
Then, her life circumstances changed, and she focused on other areas of her life. Many years later, she was encouraged by a REALTOR \302\256 friend and other friends to get her real estate license again.
In the months leading up to re-licensing, she drove by Century 21 Northwest on her way to help a friend and wondered if that is where she might work someday. After prayerful consideration, she joined Century 21 Northwest where their motto is \342\200\234Serve First.\342\200\235
Service to God is of greatest importance to Carolyn. She serves with church children\342\200\231s ministries, she mentors, and she volunteers with a local faith-based ministry.
Carolyn works with only one or two clients at a time, which allows her to manage time with her client\342\200\231s and her other obligations. If she is not able to serve you, she will refer you to a fellow REALTOR \302\256 who can.
