I\342\200\231m Gail McLain, and I work exclusively sellers, helping them prepare their home for sale and assisting them during the sales process. I am a certified Military Relocation Professional (MRP designation), a Circle of Excellence member of the Columbus Board of Realtors, a member of the Phenix City Board of Realtors, the Georgia Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. I have a degree in finance from Columbus State University, am a retired Wells Fargo Bank Vice President with 15 years of financial management and training experience and have facilitated the Dave Ramsey Financial Peace University course several times at my church, Cornerstone Baptist Church in Ellerslie, Ga. I currently serve as the leader of the Sew Blessed ladies sewing ministry and the Feeding the Flock ministry there. When I am not working directly with clients/customers, I love keeping my friends, clients and customers informed thru my real estate and lifestyle blogs! Of course, I cherish spending time with my children and grandchildren, working in my sewing room on quilts other projects just being outside with Bob, the dogs, chickens, watching the garden grow! I have a passion for cooking and enjoy experimenting with new recipes in my cook-friendly kitchen!
