
Gary Winton
Gary is a life-long Pampa resident. In addition to being a real estate agent, he\342\200\231s a third-generation home builder and
property investor. Gary served the City of Pampa as a fire fighter for 20 years. Reaching the level of Master Fire
Fighter, which is the highest level to attain in the State of Texas, Gary retired at the rank of Captain in September
2009. After sustaining an injury in the line of duty, he was awarded the Star of Texas by Governor Rick Perry in
September 2006. Gary came out of his municipal service retirement to serve as a Pampa City Commissioner from
Spring 2017 through Spring 2020. Gary and his wife of nearly 30-years, Sheila, have 4 adult children and three
grandchildren.
Gary would love to assist you in finding your next home or in selling your current home. He also has experience
helping new real estate investors in finding properties and aides them along the entire process. He has assisted
dozens of real estate investors in the State of Texas, successful property portfolios.
