During her upbringing, Karen played a significant role in caring for her great-grandmother, who had roots in India but settled in Jamaica. This experience instilled in Karen a deep appreciation for helping others, particularly the elderly, which ultimately led her to pursue a career in caregiving.


As Karen's career progressed, so did her aspirations to make a difference. After purchasing her own home, she recognized the opportunity to expand her assistance to others by helping clients find their forever homes.
