Educated at Stan State University, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, she began her real estate career while still a college student. Nellie has worked with her husband John since 1994, and together they\342\200\231ve built a successful real estate team with high achieving honors. She is accredited with several professional designations, including Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Senior Real Estate Specialist, (SRES), and Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE). Her education and experience have provided her with a valuable skill set that she uses daily in real estate negotiations, educating homebuyers and sellers, and effectively marketing her team\342\200\231s listings. A very active and connected community member, she has served on the boards of numerous community non-profit organizations. In her spare time, she also enjoys traveling, yoga, reading, and cooking!
