Century 21 was founded in 1971 in Orange County California and is the largest Franchise in the world. I have owned Century 21 American Realty for 15 years and worked with a lot of good agents. When I was an agent I loved the business so much and thought I could become broker and teach agents to sell the way I did. Well that didn\342\200\231t work out as we are all are own person and all different. One thing I do teach each agent though is to be honest in every aspect of the business. We strive on being agents that can be trusted and that is something we will continue to do as long as I am the broker. I know in the public\342\200\231s eye the broker is who they relate to as being the company but as I have always said the agents make the company, not the broker.
