Later, she ventured into roles at Stewart Title's escrow division and Landsafe, a division of Countrywide. In 1999, Ruth embarked on her tenure with RE/MAX Masters in Covina, initially as a Transaction Coordinator, facilitating seamless closures for real estate agents. Following a successful stint of 2.5 years, she transitioned to Ticomo Valley Escrow, RE/MAX's in-house escrow department. Subsequently, in 2004, Ruth attained her real estate license, marking the commencement of her journey as a real estate agent. For Ruth, obtaining her real estate license proved transformative, evolving into her most fulfilling endeavor yet. Over the years, she has relished the opportunity to guide first-time homebuyers, assist sellers in navigating significant life transitions, and orchestrate seamless relocations across states.
