Thomas Millar
The Air Force moved me to Northern Virginia in late 1995, and after 10 years and two back-to-back assignments. I completed my military career retiring with 20 years of service as a Major. Having completed engineering degrees at Arizona State University and Stanford University, I was well poised to continue as a Defense contractor, but I felt God was leading me on a different path where I could help people in more tangible ways. I began an exciting Real Estate career in 2004, and since that time, I have closed on over 350 transactions and developed a team of agents passionate about service and excellence. We aggressively seek to maximize the financial advantage of our clients, and working with me, you can expect honesty, integrity, and straightforward communication, never sugar-coated. Having worked with corporate and affinity relocation purchases and sales for 11 years and having moved many times in my military career, I understand the complexities and challenges of uprooting families for employment reasons. Also, I am very comfortable and familiar with the relocation process and find it to be fulfilling as I help families transition to or from a new location. My goal is to help minimize anxiety with the real estate element so families can focus on their work and transition.
