Born and raised right here on the Central Coast, Val is a life-long resident of San Luis Obispo County. Growing up in the Five Cities and calling North County home since 2014 has given her valuable insights into the many unique communities that enrich California's Central Coast. Val has been on a dedicated path to mastering the nuances of real estate since 2021. Her journey began as an office assistant and escrow transaction coordinator for Century 21 in San Luis Obispo. After transitioning into residential real estate sales in 2023 and beginning a commercial real estate mentorship with Mike Sherer in 2024, Val has enjoyed the more exciting aspect of guiding clients through the journey of buying or selling one of their most cherished investments.
