We sell Istrian family vineyard with beautiful house.

This Istrian wine grow in 3,47 ha vineyards which are stretching in Istra peninsula in the northern Croatian coast. Vineyards are located in small village Mugeba very close to city of Porec and just 800 meters from the sea. Location is famous for growing very high quality grapes of typical Istrian varieties. Only the grapes from family vineyards are used for the wine production and they are all hand picked. White wines prevail in the wine production, making top quality Malvazija main production focus. When it comes to red wines, the focus is on top quality Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Other white wine produced is Muschat and Chardonnay. 

 

Winery was built in 2010. The winery storage capacaty is around 40 thousand litres and has a full automatic bottling line with high filling capacity. Located just few kilometers from the vineyard guarantees the best quality of wine since the production of wine starts very fast after the grapes are picked.

 

Building next to wine cellar could be perfect for the „Bed and breakfest” purpose. The interior is 539 m2, while the outdoor is 1597 m2. Locations just 800 m from the see, in the silent village and has a potential for all types of Agro tourism. Also important to mention is that cca half of the vineyard is soon to be urbanised.
