In Naklo, we are renting a well-maintained and bright business space with a total area of 55 m2, with a private entrance and guaranteed parking spaces. The space is suitable for various quiet activities.

The business space is located on the ground floor of a well-kept building and consists of two separate rooms (a larger and a smaller room), sanitary facilities, and an entrance area. It is intended for quiet activities such as office work, consulting services, a beauty or massage salon, therapies, education, an atelier, studio, or other similar activities that do not cause noise.

In addition to the monthly rent, the tenant pays fixed operating costs amounting to 150 EUR. Upon signing the contract, a security deposit equal to one month's rent is required. The lease agreement is concluded for a period of one year, with the possibility of extension.

The space is located in a quiet and easily accessible location, which allows for discreet and calm business operations. At the same time, the location allows for quick access to the highway junction, which is only a 3-minute drive away, Kranj is reachable in about 5 minutes, and Ljubljana in less than half an hour. Nearby are shops, post office, bank, and other basic infrastructure, which enables uninterrupted conduct of various activities.

As a condition for concluding the lease agreement, the tenant must pay the following costs: preparation of the lease agreement, preparation of the handover report upon taking over the property, execution of the handover upon takeover, and storage of visual material in the broker's archive in the total amount of: one month's rent + 22% VAT. VAT is charged only on additional services, not on rent!
