We have for sale a building plot intended for the construction of a single-family house in the excellent suburban location of Tepanje near Slovenske Konjice (SK area of building land - the area of the rural settlement). The direction of the ridge must be parallel to the longer side of the building. It is permitted to finish the roofs with tufts and to carry out brushes where this is a feature on the roofs of existing neighboring buildings. The roof covering should be made of brick or, in terms of color and material, it should adapt to the existing neighboring buildings;
