Hi! I'm Kenn and I help people buy and sell real estate. I reside in West Michigan and have been lucky enough to live in different parts of the state of Michigan, as well as spend some time living on the East Coast. One of the unique perspectives I bring is that I have been through the experience of buying and selling a home personally several times as well as being part of a corporate relocation for work. I think it is important to ask you questions and find out how we can build a lifelong relationship. When you buy or sell a home it is a complex process with emotions and egos. My role is to stay cool and provide solutions that benefit my clients. Whether your move is gaining more space you can grow into or downsizing from your larger home, I have the ability to help from coast to coast by being a member of the Century 21 family.

My family and I also like to travel, that is why I thought it was important enough to take the additional training and become a certified Resort & Second Property Specialist (RSPS). This allows me to use my specialized training to help you locate a perfect get-away to enjoy your favorite season in Michigan or find that spot anywhere in the country. One of the benefits to my clients is that I specialize in investment, new construction, retirement and homes in resorts and vacation destinations.
