Rafael was born and raised in Fresno, California, and served active duty in the Marine Corps from 2011 - 2018 with one tour to Afghanistan. The Marine Corps brought him and his family to Lynchburg, VA where he and his wife would decide to stay and raise their 2 boys. They both fell in love with the scenery, peaceful living, and their local church, staying in Lynchburg was an easy choice for them. He and his family have lived in the area for 9 years. Rafael prides himself in providing the best service for each client while looking out for their best interests.
