Shara Dzerigian
Born in Houston but raised in the Sacramento area I have that southern hospitality mixed with that west coast speed. After 15 years in the restaurant industry I decided to take that customer service to the next level. Instead of serving burgers with a smile, I now get to help people make, often times, the most exciting decision of their lives! Finding that home you fall in love with is the high that makes it all worth it.
Knowledge is a driving force for me and I strive myself on being up to date with the latest trends and technologies. I received the GRI accreditation in 2019 after a year of classes and am proud to be a founding member of the Women\342\200\231s Council of Realtors where we meet monthly for classes and to support one another with in our industry.
I grew up with in the Girl Scouts of America and even received the highest award given; The Girl Scout Gold Award. Because of this I love giving back to my community by organizing canned food drives, donating platelets, collecting socks for soldiers, and am a lead on the Folsom Community Service day\342\200\231s Neighbors helping Seniors committee. As a member of the Sacramento\342\200\231s Area Realtors I am also on the Volunteer committee. As a team we help out at local shelters and food collection centers.
I\342\200\231m so blessed to live in the great city of Folsom with my Husband Zach, and our two children, Jameson and Evelynn. As a mom to a specials needs child I know how hard it can be to find that perfect space. The one that gives you those warm and fuzzies and feels like home. I am lucky to have that within my home and to have all of the recourses I need nearby. Just one of the reasons I love my city. The others include all of the amenities: Home of Historic Folsom, Folsom Lake, and over 60 miles of biking and walking trails. We are a growing town with new development around every corner. We may be expanding but still maintain that small town feel. We are a friendly, hard working people and are happy to have new neighbors.
