My background is in time, cost, and method having an Industrial Engineering degree. I moved to the United States in 1989, worked as a medical biller, and moved to customer services at a scientific laboratory equipment company. I stopped working for 6 years to raise my 2 boys. I received my real estate license in 2006 and worked part-time and full-time as a Marketing Specialist for a home health company which doubled in revenue. Before retiring as a marketer, I co-owned a caregiving company for 9 years. In 2018, my managing broker hired me as his assistant. There\342\200\231s no better way to learn and be coached by a broker who has been in the business for 50 years and worked with 100-plus agents in our brokerage. I am not short of blessings! It was a golden opportunity. All these experiences of working with people gave me opportunities to serve in different capacities, specifically with seniors and their families, and all people from many walks of life.
I have gained and built many relationships. 99% of my clients are referrals from previous clients. In my encounter with homeowners, I have met people who have bought their first, and second homes and still had no understanding or idea about the process.
