"Xiuzhen" sounds like Suzanne, but you can call me Lu if you want. I'm married, have 3 beautiful children, and I currently reside in Evans, GA. I have 11 years of experience as a realtor, and I enjoy working in both residential and commercial real estate. My work style is extremely client-focused. I understand that my clients have busy lives, jobs, and families to take care of, so I am happy to answer calls at any time, day or night. I'm available 24/7 because I love helping people find the home of their dreams. In the past, I've had the honor of earning the Century 21 CENTURION Award, the most prestigious award given to recognize effort and quality of the highest degree. I have also regularly received the Masters Diamond, Emerald, and Ruby awards during my time here with Century 21. Some hobbies I have other than real estate include: interior design and staging, gardening (ask about my succulent collection!), discovering antiques, and art. My kids are all grown up and moved out, so I do really enjoy being able to spend time with them too. For my future, I plan to always have a spacious home with lots of fully decorated rooms, ready for my kids and grandkids to visit.
