RESTORED POHORJE HOUSE

Authentic Pohorje house is located in the area of Oplotnica, which offers a peaceful environment close to nature, suitable for lovers of tranquility, authentic architecture, comfortable living or vacationing, and beautiful views of the surrounding hills.

• The house has a total area of 250 m2. Of this, 130 m2 is living space, 55 m2 is a cellar, 40 m2 is a closed loggia, and 25 m2 is designated for storage.

• The building's woodwork is in artisanal wooden execution combined with restored existing elements.
• New electrical and plumbing installations have been laid out. New wall coverings mimic the appearance of the old. The ground floor has a new concrete slab, and a new chimney has also been installed.
• The floor coverings are new, consisting of painted wooden parquet and tiles. In the entrance hall, there is original Pohorje stone found on the property.
• The walkways around the house are arranged, and the driveway is asphalted. A sewage treatment plant has been arranged.
• The house is heated by electric panels and a pellet stove.
• The furnishings are old furniture from private family stories. Some furnishings can remain in the house (an old wardrobe in the utility room, a washing and drying machine, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a retro Gorenje refrigerator, a bed in the bedroom, and an Italian pellet stove in the main area).
