Ardie Vargas

Ardie was born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley and graduated from Mission High School in 1993. She then followed her parents who moved to Kerrville Texas where they ran a small print shop which now belongs to them, called C.J.'s Printing where she worked for many years. Ardie then went on to do property management for several years before getting her real estate license in 2011. Then, in April of 2012 she went to work for Keller Williams City View-Kerrville. In her 13 years at KW she was a member of the KW Top 20, KW 500 Club and KW Global Property Specialists. In 2019 she created The Property Specialist Group Team and had 5 buyers agents on that team. The PSG ended up winning Platinum Top 50 awards as well as many awards at Keller Williams. Ardie has served as the Social Committee Chair as well as the TREPAC Committee Chair at the Kerrville Board of Realtors and is currently serving as the Director for Region 7 on the Texas Realtors Board of Directors. Ardie was voted as Kerrville Board of Realtors, Realtor of the Year in 2023 and has also Graduated from the Texas Real Estate Leadership Program (TRLP). Over the course of the years she has gained designations in the following: AHWD (At Home With Diversity), C2EX (Commitment to Excellence), GRI (Graduated Realtor Institute), TRLS (Texas Residential Leasing Specialist) and the highly sought after TRLP (Texas Real Estate Leadership Program). As of January 2025, Ardie is now serving as the Regional Vice President of Sales at Century 21 The Hills Realty in Fredericksburg and Kerrville where she currently lives.
