
Cynthia Owens-Nix
Cynthia is a native of Millis, Massachusetts where she graduated High School and later attended Newbury College in Brookline, Massachusetts, earning a degree in Legal Studies. Cynthia went on to matriculate into numerous professional development courses, including a paralegal's role in real estate closings, Real Estate Finance through the Mortgage Bankers Association, and the MIT Center for Real Estate, Summer Institute, Asset, and Portfolio Management course.
Cynthia spent the better part of her successful career in commercial lending managing the closings of commercial mortgages and equipment financing transactions. She started her career in lending as a paralegal in the real estate investment division of a large institutional lender and most recently managed a loan closing group in the equipment financing industry for a small finance company.
Ready for a new challenge, Cynthia received her real estate salesperson license in August 2021 and soon after joined Century 21 The Real Estate Group in Milford, Massachusetts. She has also earned the prestigious REALTOR designation.
Cynthia has resided in Medway for twenty-two years, purchasing her first home with her now-husband in 1999. They have enjoyed homeownership in Medway and have purchased several homes in various neighborhoods to finally settled into their existing home in a close-knit neighborhood.
Cynthia is truly invested in the Medway, Milford, Millis regions. Her experience in the banking and finance industry and familiarity with the local neighborhoods and towns will be assets to both buyers and sellers.
