Dina is a Rhode Island native and has lived in various cities across the East Coast, including New
York City and Miami. In her quest of a high quality lifestyle, she moved her family to the
Charlotte/Lake Norman area in 1998. She immediately fell in love with all this area had to offer her
and her family.
Dina takes pleasure in hiking, biking, rock climbing, skiing, and water sports. She appreciates the
outdoors, and the weather to enjoy it year round! She is very active and knowledgeable in the
activities and natural treasures available in the NC/SC area. This gives her the ability to guide her
clientele towards an area best suited for their lifestyle and unique needs.
Dina has lived on Lake Norman for 25 years. During this time, she has gained extensive knowledge
and experience with the many rules and regulations that the lake has, which can be quite complex.
This expertise has allows her to guide her clients through the process of buying or selling property
on Lake Norman, while ensuring that they remain compliant with all applicable regulations.
Through her extensive knowledge of zoning laws, building codes, and environmental regulations,
she can provide her clients with the guidance and support they need to navigate these complexities
successfully.
