Licensed since 2004, Gerald achieved the prestigious Certified \342\200\213 Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2013, a mark of distinction held by fewer than \342\200\213 10% of commercial real estate professionals worldwide.
Throughout his career, Gerald facilitated over $15 million in CRE sales, showcasing a dedication to \342\200\213 delivering exceptional value to clients. In an effort to expand his expertise Gerald attended ICSC\342\200\231s \342\200\213 University of Shopping Centers at the Wharton School of Business, earning a professional certificate that \342\200\213 reflects a commitment to staying ahead in the evolving retail and investment landscape.
In addition to brokerage success, Gerald served as a Corporate Real Estate Analyst for Citi Trends, Inc., a \342\200\213 national retailer based out of Savannah, GA. This role provided insight into the tenant side of market \342\200\213 analysis and lease negotiations further enhancing his ability to navigate complex commercial \342\200\213 transactions and deliver tailored solutions.
Gerald answered a call to serve in 2018 and joined the City of Beaufort/ Town of Port Royal Fire \342\200\213 Department. He is proud to serve his community as a Lieutenant and Advanced Emergency Medical \342\200\213 Technician. He received a lifesaving medal for a water rescue at the downtown waterfront. He utilizes \342\200\213 his time touring buildings and doing pre-plans, this enables a better response, but at the same time, he gains firsthand knowledge of the local market.
He is an alumnus of the 2023 Leadership Beaufort Class. A proud father of 2 boys and a husband. When \342\200\213 he\342\200\231s not at work he enjoys being on the water boating, fishing or hunting.
